Pivoting Monitor Bracket
The artemis monitor bracket combines a telescopic rod based bracket and a pivoting joint that uses rosettes. This combination allows to position the monitor absolutely freely. The pivoting joint uses rosettes to maximize stability and to maintain the adjusted angle. All clamps including the 1.5" center post clamp are tool-free.
This flexibility of the monitor allows to lower the angle of the monitor bracket and bring the monitor‘s center of gravity (COG) in line with the COG of the lower sled and the batteries. A light monitor such as a TFT or LCD will act and feel heavier, and the weight of the monitor will be more effective as counterweight if the bracket is pivoted farther downwards. This results in a more homogeneous weight distribution in the lower sled and consequently in a better dynamic balance.
